<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between August 19, 2020 <br />City of San Leandro and Accounting Principals Exhibit B Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br />Hourly rate for temporary services will range from $65-$85 per hour for services <br /> <br />Contractor employee will present a timesheet to his/her immediate supervisor for verification and signature <br />or electronic approval at the end of each week. City will be billed on a weekly basis. Contractor will <br />guarantee City’s satisfaction with Contractor’s employee by offering City an eight (8) hour guarantee. If <br />City is dissatisfied with Contractor’s employee, City will not be charged for that time, provided that <br />Contractor is notified within eight (8) hours. Contractor will immediately replace its employee. If City hires <br />a candidate presented by Contractor, upon evaluation of the employee’s performance, City shall pay to <br />Contractor a standard conversion fee, as outlined in the conversion table below <br /> <br />For Candidates sourced by Accounting Principals, Inc and Ajilon.Professional Staffing: <br /> <br />1 Month worked - 25% of annual salary <br />2 Months worked - 22% of annual salary <br />3 Months worked 20% of annual salary <br />4 Months worked - 18% of annual salary <br />5 Months worked - 15% of annual salary <br />6+ Months worked - 10% of annual salary <br /> <br />At the City’s option, Contractor will Client perform its Standard Package Background Check which includes <br />a County Criminal search in all known counties of residence for the prior seven years, a Social Security <br />Trace and search of a National Criminal Database at a cost of $62. <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: C067D13C-87FE-4683-A7CE-0047F2084B2A
