File Number: 20-552 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said Annual Report is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby directed <br />to impose the BID Assessment with an increase to the BID per owner/employee assessment rate <br />by the CPI factor of 1.6 percent to $25.07 per owner/employee for businesses in the BID Area. <br />Businesses with three or fewer owners/employees, landlords, and non-profits will continue to be <br />exempt from the BID assessment, as recommended by the Advisory Board. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 12/2/2020
