Planned Activities <br />The City will use CDBG funds to repay its $2.5 million HUD Section 108 <br />Loan used to complete the construction of the City's senior center. <br />The repayment amounts are in accordance with HUD's 20-year <br />repayment schedule. <br />4 <br />Project Name <br />Single -Family Housing Rehabilitation Program <br />Target Area <br />City -Wide <br />Goals Supported <br />Affordable Housing Needs Goals <br />Needs Addressed <br />Affordable Housing Needs <br />Funding <br />CDBG: $100,000 <br />Description <br />The City's Single -Family Housing Rehabilitation Program will provide <br />grants to very low- and low-income households for minor repairs to <br />their homes. <br />Target Date <br />6/30/2020 <br />Estimate the number <br />Fifteen (15) low-income households will have minor repairs completed <br />and type of families <br />in their single-family or mobile homes. <br />that will benefit from <br />the proposed activities <br />Location Description <br />The owner -occupied homes, located within the jurisdictional <br />boundaries of San Leandro, will be identified once the applications are <br />processed. <br />Planned Activities <br />CDBG funds will be used to provide grants to 15 income -eligible <br />(extremely low- and very low-income) households to complete repairs <br />to their owner -occupied single-family or mobile homes.
