Planned Activities <br />Basic Needs Program will provide 9,000 San Leandro clients with <br />emergency food supplies. Basic Needs Program clients will be <br />screened for eligibility for other social service needs and will be <br />referred to other social service community providers. Drivers will also provide health <br />check -in visits and assist seniors with small tasks.
