Alameda CTC Agreement No. A21-00XX <br />Project No. XXXX <br /> <br />Appendix F – Page 1 <br />APPENDIX F <br />PROJECT PERFORMANCE MEASURES <br />Project Performance Measures: The Project Performance Measures and Targets describes what outcome- <br />based performance measure(s) the PROJECT SPONSOR plans to evaluate to ensure that the project/program is <br />meeting its objectives. <br /> <br />Project Performance Outcomes <br />This project will improve pedestrian access to adjacent neighborhood shopping centers and restaurants for <br />the residents across these very busy roadways. At the completion, pedestrians who want to cross the street <br />will activate the RRFB to alert the drivers of the presence of pedestrians intending to cross the street. The <br />RRFB is bright enough to call the attention of the drivers. Improved pedestrian safety at these particular <br />intersections will increase access to nearby businesses, which have been negatively impacted by the COVID- <br />19 pandemic, thus providing a dual benefit to the community in serving both residents and local businesses. <br />Note: <br />1. It is expected that the Project will achieve the performance measures targets and/or project outcomes as established herein. <br />175
