As shown, with the current signal timings the <br />corridor is currently operating at acceptable LOS during both the AM and PM peak periods in <br />both directions. <br />With optimized timings, the network is expected to operate at acceptable LOS during both peak <br />periods in both directions. Note that the optimized timings are not recommended timings and <br />were developed for the purpose of making an accurate comparison between the existing <br />conditions and the plus project conditions. Figure 3 illustrates the intersection geometry for the plus project conditions. As <br />shown in Table 3, delay and LOS would remain within acceptable limits after project <br />implementation for all intersections during both the AM and PM peak periods. <br /> <br />477
