NOT a council meeting. I think I suggested a traffic study and <br />stop light at Sedgmen and Lewelling before the 874 Lewelling project gets started. I can’t <br />remember exactly. I guess they didn’t record that meeting either. <br />It’s hard to play the game if you don’t know all the rules.
