BAY FAIR TOD SPECIFIC PLAN <br />Stormwater System Improvement Projects <br />There is limited existing water infrastructure <br />within the Plan Area; however, there are large <br />gravity mains ranging in size from 8-inches <br />to 54-inches that surround and bisect it. All <br />new Stormwater supply infrastructure that <br />will serve the Plan Area is assumed to be <br />12-inches. Figure 7.2 shows the proposed <br />location of this infrastructure, in addition to <br />the existing transmission mains. <br />Table 7.3 Stormwater System Improvement Projects <br />4 <br />PROJECT <br />(IN 2017 $) <br />TIMING <br />Prepare master plan that removes the Bay Fair Specific <br />Plan Area from its Special Flood Hazard Area designation <br />Storm Drainage Master <br />on Flood Insurance Rate Maps.
