BAY FAIR TOD SPECIFIC PLAN
Stormwater System Improvement Projects
There is limited existing water infrastructure
within the Plan Area; however, there are large
gravity mains ranging in size from 8-inches
to 54-inches that surround and bisect it. All
new Stormwater supply infrastructure that
will serve the Plan Area is assumed to be
12-inches. Figure 7.2 shows the proposed
location of this infrastructure, in addition to
the existing transmission mains.
Table 7.3 Stormwater System Improvement Projects
4
PROJECT
(IN 2017 $)
TIMING
Prepare master plan that removes the Bay Fair Specific
Plan Area from its Special Flood Hazard Area designation
Storm Drainage Master
on Flood Insurance Rate Maps.
