Ground -floor units <br />shall be a minimum of two (2) feet above <br />grade on average, and no more than four <br />(4) feet; three (3) feet is encouraged. <br />2. STREET ENTRANCES. All ground -floor units <br />shall have direct pedestrian access to the <br />adjacent street, sidewalk, or open space. <br />3. EYES ON THE STREET. Residential building <br />frontages should provide "eyes on the <br />street" through frequent windows and <br />doors to increase pedestrian safety and <br />provide a sense of community. <br />4. PRIVACY.
