CA Lic# 812232 <br />Base Project Amount: <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Base Scope of Work <br />115 Mason Circle, Suite B <br />Concord, CA 94520 <br />Phone: 925-459-9200 Fax: 925-459-9220 <br />Per the customers request Matrix Hg Inc. proposes to provide engineering for the McQuay Box Car unit replacement <br />project, Public Works – 14200 Chapman Road (3 units),Fire Station #9 (1 unit) , Fire Station #13 (1 unit), Fire <br />Station #12 (5 units). This is a not to exceed amount and we will only charge for the time and services rendered. <br />Proposed scope: <br />Engineer will walk the site to gather information <br />Preparation of mechanical permit drawings and scope letter for the replacement of one existing packaged rooftop <br />unit and prescriptive Title 24 forms. <br />Seismic anchorage of the new unit to a new or existing curb and the analysis of the existing structure’s ability to <br />support the unit. This will be required if the new unit is heavier than the existing or at the direction of the building <br />department. <br />Clarifications <br />This is a not to exceed fixed fee proposal for the services described. If additional services are required above and <br />beyond those listed here, we will inform you prior to undertaking the work. All work is to be performed during normal <br />working hours. One site visit is included. If it is determined that the existing structure requires additional <br />reinforcement, this will be an additional charge. <br />Excludes: permits, acoustical analysis, construction supervision, commissioning, test / balance / measurement, energy <br />analysis, architectural work including equipment screens, plumbing/electrical engineering, roofing, overtime labor, <br />electrical, painting or patching, repairs to existing equipment, fire life safety upgrades and repairs and anything other <br />than stated above. <br /> <br />44,391$ <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: C5403DA1-36EE-4849-8794-68EC4FC2AF73
