Business Attraction - $8000 Create a business attraction formula that will be utilized by the City’s economic development department and the Chamber of Commerce for potential business investors at the poin t of interest. Part 1: Develop a marketing plan that will begin the process of answering who are we trying to reach, what are the goals & objectives, what type of content to produce, how often to publish, and where to promote. New business investors and commercial property realtors will be enlisted to gather information of their attraction to San Leandro and their experience of opening their business in San Leandro. We will convene forums, interviews, surveys, etc. Part 2: Create, produce and arrange all content that has been chosen; printed materials, videos, interviews, infographics, etc. Part 3: Develop the execution plan of how often and where to promote.
