RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2020-151 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AND THE SAN LEANDRO CITY EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION (SLCEA) AND THE <br />CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES' GROUP COMPENSATION PLAN WITH NO <br />SALARY INCREASE THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2021 <br />WHEREAS, an agreement was reached between the negotiators for the City of San <br />Leandro and the San Leandro City Employees' Association (SLCEA); and <br />WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City and the SLCEA, <br />for the period January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021, is presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, a Compensation Plan for the Confidential Employees Group, for the period <br />July 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021, is presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That said agreements substantially in the form presented are hereby approved and <br />execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non -substantive revisions to said <br />agreements, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney; and <br />3. That original executed agreements shall be attached to and made a part of this <br />resolution. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Cox and passed and adopted this 7th day of December <br />2020, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Letici I. iguel, City derk <br />
