RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO.2020-151 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND THE SAN LEANDRO CITY EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION (SLCEA) AND THE CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES' GROUP COMPENSATION PLAN WITH NO SALARY INCREASE THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2021 WHEREAS, an agreement was reached between the negotiators for the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro City Employees' Association (SLCEA); and WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City and the SLCEA, for the period January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021, is presented to this City Council; and WHEREAS, a Compensation Plan for the Confidential Employees Group, for the period July 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021, is presented to this City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: 1. That said agreements substantially in the form presented are hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and 2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non -substantive revisions to said agreements, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney; and 3. That original executed agreements shall be attached to and made a part of this resolution.
