These workflows were <br />deprecated in Office 365 as of November 1, 2020. As a result, the workflow portion of TOR is <br />no longer functioning at all. <br /> <br />Reference: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sharepoint-2010-workflow-retirement- <br />1ca3fff8-9985-410a-85aa-8120f626965f <br /> <br />City of San Leandro has opted to convert the TOR workflow into a Power Automate solution. <br />This is the preferred workflow engine in Office 365 and will remain supported by Microsoft for <br />the foreseeable future. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TRACK 2: POWER USER TRAINING FOR POWER A UTOMATE <br />City of San Leandro has identified a need to have broader knowledge of Power Automate across <br />the business. Expert Assist will provide one (1) general training session and one (1) TOR- <br />focused training session. Additional time has been allocated for post-training Q&A and follow <br />up, which can be additional scheduled sessions or held through email communication. <br /> <br />DETAILED SCOPE <br /> Expert Assist will utilize tool provided by Microsoft, free of charge, to complete the work <br />o If products provided by Microsoft are deemed unsuitable to complete the task(s), <br />Expert Assist will recommend a third-party tool to City of San Leandro <br />o Third-party tools may or may not be require a licensing fee that will need to be <br />paid by City of San Leandro should City of San Leandro choose to use the <br />product <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: C840C8ED-B24C-430B-B0CD-C719B10F2DEC
