Johnson <br />Announcements1.B. <br />Members of the Disaster Council introduced themselves and the agencies they <br />represent. <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS2. <br />City of San Leandro response to COVID-19 <br />• San Leandro City Council <br />2.A. <br />Mayor Cutter mentioned that the Council would like to know a little about the testing <br />center and what reasons people are giving to not get the vaccine in order to start <br />developing messaging to counter. <br />Vice Mayor Aguilar wanted more information about a potential mobile vaccine site <br />within the city. The Vice Mayor also shared how his family has been impacted by <br />COVID. <br />Councilmember Ballew shared his appreciation for the outreach and answering <br />questions by Disaster Council partners. The 2/9 City Council work session discussed <br />how to deal with the homeless issue and developed a clear path going forward in the <br />Page 2City of San Leandro <br />39
