File Number: 21-225 <br />Sidewalk Repair Project 2021.0060 (Fund 150-36-414) in the City’s Fiscal Year 2021-2022 <br />Budget in order to fully fund the project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the City of San Leandro declares it is eligible to request an allocation of TDA <br />Article 3 funds pursuant to Section 99234 of the Public Utilities Code; and <br />2. That there is no pending or threatened litigation that might adversely affect the <br />project or projects described in Attachment B to this resolution, or that might impair the ability of <br />the City of San Leandro to carry out the project; and <br />3. That the project has been reviewed by the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory <br />Committee (BPAC) of the City of San Leandro; and <br />4. That the City of San Leandro attests to the accuracy of and approves the <br />statements in Attachment A to this resolution; and <br />5. That a certified copy of this resolution and its attachments, and any accompanying <br />supporting materials shall be forwarded to the countywide transportation planning agency and <br />Alameda County for submission to MTC as part of the countywide coordinated TDA Article 3 <br />claim; and <br />6. That $105,062 of TDA Article 3 grant funds must be appropriated for the Annual <br />Sidewalk Repair Project 2021.0060 (Fund 150-36-414) in the City’s Fiscal Year 2021-2022 <br />Budget in order to fully fund the project. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 4/29/2021 <br />112
