RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2021-070 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AN <br />EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH FRANCES ROBUSTELLI TO SERVE AS CITY <br />MANAGER <br />WHEREAS, an employment agreement between the City of San Leandro and Frances <br />Robustelli as City Manager and the attached salary schedule have been presented to this City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That said agreement is hereby approved; and <br />2. That the City Attorney is authorized to make non -substantive revisions to said agreement; <br />and <br />3.
