RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2021-046 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE A <br />CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AND CIVICPLUS FOR DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A NEW CITY <br />WEBSITE; AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF $78,873.56 FROM THE <br />FUND BALANCE OF FUND 688 <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and CivicPlus, copies of <br />which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, is presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro RESOLVES as <br />follows: <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City Council of the City of <br />San Leandro, to execute payment on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney; <br />and <br />The City Manager is authorized to take all actions necessary or appropriate to carry out and <br />implement the terms of the agreement and to administer the City's obligations, responsibilities and <br />duties to be performed under the agreement; and <br />That said agreement with CivicPlus in the amount of $78,873.56 is hereby approved and execution <br />by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />That an appropriation of funds in the amount of $78,873.56 from the 688 Fund Balance to the IT <br />Operating Budget (Account 688-13-001-5120) is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Lopez and passed and adopted this 15th day of March <br />2021, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Leti a I. i uel, City Oferk <br />(0) <br />
