RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2021-053 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO ACCEPT AN <br />ADJUSTMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021 BUDGET TO ADD A FULL-TIME <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III TO THE CITY CLERK DIVISION OF THE CITY <br />MANAGER'S OFFICE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council accepted a budget amendment for the Fiscal Year 2020- <br />2021 on March 15, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, a further budget adjustment is necessary to add a full-time Administrative <br />Assistant III to the City Clerk's Division of the City Manager's Office due to the increase demands <br />upon the Division; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the FY 2020-2021 City of San Leandro Budget is hereby amended to appropriate <br />$21,674 to the City Clerk's account 010-11-030 and $10,676 to the Records Management account <br />010-11-033 to fund a full-time Administrative Assistant III position to the City Clerk's Division of <br />the City Manager's Office. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Ballew and passed and adopted this 5th day of April 2021, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />(0) <br />ATTEST: J Z-/ �- _,0_ <br />eti is I.
