• Engineering design <br />• Equipment pads as required <br />• Provide and install two (2) new mixers through the digester roof deck <br />• SCADA programming for the addition of this equipment. <br />• Electrical connection at existing MCC <br />• Electrical conduit and required panels/connections <br />• Equipment and system start-up and testing. <br />o Scope Assumptions: <br />• The existing FOG control panel is reused for sending communication <br />signals to plant SCADA system <br />o Scope Exclusions: <br />• Controls routing between the FOG building and nearest Programmable <br />Logic Controller (PLC) cabinet (see assumption above) <br />• Any SCADA upgrades <br /> Replace existing Digester #4 mixing pump with a Sulzer pump <br />o Scope of Work Includes: <br />• Demolition, removal and disposal of the existing Digester #4 mixing <br />pump and ancillary piping <br />• Equipment pad as required <br />• Install one (1) Sulzer pump and motor (City supplied) <br />• Provide and install soft start starter package for Sulzer pump <br />• Provide and install all necessary suction and discharge piping <br />• Electrical disconnect and reconnect <br />• Start-up and testing of equipment and system operation. <br />o Scope Exclusions: <br />• No electrical conduit or conductor replacement or modifications <br /> <br />Blower Replacement and New Shelter Structure with Pad <br /> <br />Replace existing Lamson Blower #2 with a new high efficiency turbo blower to match <br />existing Blower #3 model currently in use. <br />o Scope of Work Includes: <br />• Engineering design <br />• Site preparation <br />• Equipment pads as required <br />• Demolition, removal and disposal of the existing Lamson Blower #2 <br />• Six foot by twelve foot extension of the concrete blower decking to <br />accommodate new equipment <br />• Relocation of the existing ground-mounted jockey compressor/blower <br />• Provide and install one (1) new turbo blower <br />• Provide and install all necessary discharge piping <br />• Electrical disconnect and reconnect <br />• Electrical conduit and required panels/connections <br />• SCADA programming for the addition of this equipment <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 1DDC1773-ED91-404B-97DD-AC3EFDBAD0DD
