<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between 3/24/2021 <br />City of San Leandro and Ojo Technology (So. Offices Security) Exhibit A Page 1 of 3 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Introduction <br />City of San Leandro owns two properties located 901 and 999 E. 14th Street, respectively known as the <br />Public Safety Building (Police Building) and the South Offices Building. New security cameras and video <br />door stations were installed at the South Offices. The security cameras have been wired, but need to be <br />programmed to work with the existing Milestone system. The video door stations at the South Offices need <br />to be connected to the network and programmed such that San Leandro Police Department (SLPD) staff <br />can view the video from the existing Dispatch center in the Police Building. <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br />Consultant shall provide 11 Milestone Corporate Licenses for equipment newly installed by others which <br />will be part of the existing Milestone System (PD Corporate edition SLC # M01-C01-133-01-6C4B9B). <br />Consultant will provide the licensing and program the cameras with IP addresses provided by the City. <br />Each camera will be tested, aimed and focused by Consultant. In addition to the cameras, Consultant will <br />program 2 Mobotix Intercom Door Stations to be viewed on 1 View Station that will be placed on a desk. <br />Both door stations are currently installed, cabled and connected to the City’s switch. The Mobotix View <br />station that is now on-site and provided by others, is to be set up by the Consultant on a desk at the <br />existing SLPD Dispatch center. The City will provide a patch cable to connect the View Station to a network <br />port under the desk. <br /> <br />Work will be perform during business hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with 30 minutes allotted for lunch <br />breaks. <br /> <br />Description of Work <br />1. Surveillance System: <br />a. Each of the 11 Mobotix cameras installed by others will be configured with an IP address <br />locally before implementing into the host application. <br />i. (6) D26B <br />ii. (2) M26B <br />iii. (3) M16B <br />b. The customer’s witness representative will finalize the alignment view from the host <br />application and will sign off each installation. <br />c. Final test results will be with wet signature will be submitted. <br /> <br />2. Intercom: (Not connected to Milestone) <br />a. The Mobotix Intercom System will be viewed and operated through Mobotix Software. <br />i. (2) T26 Door Stations <br />ii. (1) MX Display View Station <br />b. Each of the 2 Door Stations will be programmed with IP address. <br />c. The Single Mobotix View Station is to be placed on a desk, will be connected to a network <br />drop that is located under the desk and will be viewing both door stations noted above through the <br />City’s network. <br />i.
