have the meanings given to them by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 or in any law <br />amendatory thereof. <br />20) Occurrence means: <br />(a) with respect to bodily injury or property damage: an accident, including <br />continuous or repeated exposure to substantially the same generally harmful <br />conditions, which results in bodily injury or property damage neither expected <br />nor intended from the standpoint of the covered party. Property damage that <br />is loss of use of tangible property that is not physically injured shall be deemed <br />to occur at the time of the occurrence that caused it. <br />(b) with respect to personal injury, public officials errors and omissions liability <br />and employment practices liability, respectively: an offense described in the <br />definitions of those terms in this coverage agreement. <br />21) Personal iniury means injury, other than bodily injury, arising out of one or more of <br />the following offenses: <br />(a) false arrest, detention or imprisonment, or malicious prosecution; <br />(b) wrongful entry into, or eviction of a person from, a room, dwelling or <br />premises that the person occupies; <br />(c) publication or utterance of material that slanders or libels a person or <br />organization or disparages a person's or organization's goods, products or <br />services, or oral or written publication of material that violates a person's <br />right of privacy. <br />(d) discrimination or violation of civil rights. <br />(e) injury resulting from the use of reasonable force for the purpose of <br />protecting persons or property. <br />22) Pollutants means any solid, liquid, gaseous or thermal irritant or contaminant, <br />including smoke, vapor, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals, airborne particles or <br />fibers, asbestos, lead and waste. Waste includes material to be recycled, <br />reconditioned or reclaimed.
