31) Public Officials Errors & Omissions— Bodily Injury or Property Damage <br />Under public officials errors and omissions coverage, bodily injury, personal injury, <br />or physical injury to tangible property, including all resulting loss of use of that <br />property. <br />32) Racing Contests <br />Claims arising out of automobile or motorcycle drag racing, speed racing, or similar <br />speed contests sponsored, controlled or participated in by a covered party. <br />33) Reasonable Accommodation <br />Any expense or cost incurred by a covered party arising from reasonable <br />accommodation of any disabled person, including any employee. <br />34) Refunds/Restitution <br />Refund or restitution of taxes, fees or assessments. <br />35) Reimbursement of Money <br />Claims for refund, reimbursement or repayment of any monies to which a covered <br />party was not legally entitled. <br />36) Transit Authorities <br />Claims arising out of the operation of vehicles by or on behalf of any transit <br />authority, transit system, or public transportation system owned or operated by a <br />covered party, unless the vehicles are owned or leased by the covered party and <br />driven, maintained, and supervised by employees of the covered party.
