Section 3 Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) Fees <br /> <br />3-2 <br />DRAFT for review purposes only. Use of contents on this sheet is subject to the limitations specified at the end of this document. <br />The quantities shown for each fee are the number of instances each fee is projected to be billed in Fiscal <br />Year 2020-2021. <br />In addition to the 27 fees listed above there are additional charges in the City’s 2020-2021 Adopted Fee <br />Schedule that pertain to the CUPA program. Those other charges are listed below: <br />· File Review Photocopying – billed at City-wide rates <br />· File Review Copy of Site List - $157 per list <br />· Accidental Release Program Additional Review 3rd Party – direct costs + 10% <br />· CUPA Plan Review City Staff Hourly rate - $162 per hour <br />· CUPA Plan Review Outside Contractor – direct costs + 10% <br />· CalEPA CUPA Surcharge Fee– as required by the State of California <br />3.2 Unit Costs <br />The unit costs from Section 2 used to develop CUPA fees are listed in the following table. <br /> <br />Table 3-2.
