Pretreatment Program Fees Section 4 <br /> <br /> 4-3 <br />Use of contents on this sheet is subject to the limitations specified at the end of this document. <br />4.4 Recommended Fees, FY22 <br />Updated fees for FY22 – FY26 are calculated by multiplying the unit costs (hourly rates) listed in <br />Table 3-2 times the labor hours for each fee listed in Table 3-3. Fee components, the total fee and total <br />revenue from each fee are summarized in the table below. Note that revenue from “Other Lab Analyses” <br />is listed as zero because there is no fee – the laboratory costs pass through at “cost +10%.” <br />Detailed fee calculations for each year from FY22 through FY26 (five fiscal years) that list the labor <br />hours, unit costs and fee components for each fee are shown in Appendix B, Table B-1 through <br />Table B-5. <br /> <br />Table 4-4.
