CUPA programs include: Aboveground Petroleum Storage <br />Act (APSA); Area Plans for hazardous materials emergencies; California Accidental Release Prevention (CalARP) for <br />extremely hazardous substances, including toxic and flammable materials; Hazardous Materials Business Plans for onsite <br />handling of hazardous materials; Hazardous Waste Generator and Onsite Hazardous Waste Treatment; and Underground <br />Storage Tanks. <br />Environmental Services Supervisor: Under the general direction of the Water Pollution Control Manager, plans, directs and <br />coordinates the activities of the Environmental Services Section and staff; conducts more difficult and complex facility <br />inspections and performs related work as required. <br />49
