Permit administration and issuance - Amendment and review, monitoring and enforcement of permit <br />provisions and Pretreatment Standards. Regulatory reporting (annual and semiannual Pretreatment reports, annual P2 report). Review monitoring <br />data, periodic compliance reports, compliance schedules, NoV responses. Response and guidance related to such activities. Inspection and site <br />visits, regulatory research, ordinance and fee development and review, billing, data entry, database management, reports and updates to Finance <br />of changes to activity frequencies and billing parameters, tracking non-compliance with regulatory or fee provisions, Public Records Act requests, <br />administration of special Agreements, IU survey inspections at unpermitted facilities, documentation and correspondence, training, inter-agency <br />meetings and workgroups, intra-agency meetings and pre-development meetings, oversight audits and inspections by delegating agencies (US EPA, <br />SWRCB, RWQCB), and the administrative, overhead, and capital costs incurred in connection with these activities. <br />Permit Level 2 - Semi- <br />monthly Regulatory <br />Activity <br />User activity requires semi- <br />monthly regulation actions that <br />include implementation of <br />discharge permit conditions <br />related to sampling, reporting, or <br />inspection. <br />May include and not limited to the following.
