Performs plan review for installation permit; Performs inspections to verify that installation complies with <br />applicable codes, regulations and laws; Witnesses pressure testing of tank, piping, and containment; Reviews Hazardous Materials Business Plans <br />and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plans; Prepares inspection reports and plan review comments and conditions; Provides technical <br />assistance.
