RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021-079 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL <br />APPROVING THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO'S INVESTMENT POLICY STATEMENT <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022 (PROVIDES FOR ANNUAL REVIEW AND APPROVAL <br />OF THE CITY'S INVESTMENT POLICY STATEMENT AS REQUIRED BY <br />CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 53600 ET SEQ., AND SECTION VIII <br />OF THE SAN LEANDRO INVESTMENT POLICY) <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro Investment Policy Statement, a copy of which is <br />attached, is presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Investment Policy Statement is hereby approved. <br />Introduced by Mayor Cutter and passed and adopted this 17 h day of May 2021, by the <br />following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councihnembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: L' <br />4eicia tgue1, y Clerk <br />(0) <br />
