RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2021-084 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL <br />APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />CHANDLER ASSET MANAGEMENT FOR INVESTMENT SERVICES EFFECTIVE <br />J'ULY 1, 2021 <br />WHEREAS, the agreement between the City of San Leandro and Chandler Asset <br />Management for Investment Services effective July 1, 2021, a copy of which is attached, is <br />presented to this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Agreement is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute <br />all documents and take all actions necessary to effectuate the intent of this resolution. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Azevedo and passed and adopted this 7' day of June <br />2021, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Leti ' I.
