<br />Page 1 of 2 | Memorandum for 1388 Bancroft Parking Study <br />Memorandum for 1388 Bancroft Parking Study <br /> <br />To: City of San Leandro <br />From: Dixon Resources Unlimited (DIXON) <br />Date: May 3, 2021 <br />Subject: Memorandum for 1388 Bancroft Parking Study <br /> <br />Context <br />The City of San Leandro commissioned DIXON to conduct an on-street parking study for 50 block <br />faces around 1388 Bancroft Ave. In September 2020, the San Leandro City Council approved a 42- <br />unit residential project at 1388 Bancroft and required the project developer to provide a parking <br />management plan (“PMP”). The parking study is intended to provide occupancy and turnover data <br />to City Council and the general public to inform them of the parking impacts within the area of the <br />development. <br />Methodology <br />DIXON collected parking data to demonstrate the current on-street parking conditions for 50 block <br />faces around the 1388 Bancroft Ave proposed development site (see below image). <br /> <br />Parking data was collected for two Wednesdays (3/3, 3/10), two Thursdays (3/4, 3/11), and two <br />Saturdays (3/6, 3/13) in March 2021.
