<br /> <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and March 15, 2021 <br />Smartwave for the Farrelly Pool Replacement Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Background: <br />The City of San Leandro currently has a contract with Tricon Construction for construction of <br />Farrelly Pool: an aquatic facility located at 864 Dutton Avenue in San Leandro. The facility consists of a 25 <br />yard long by 62’ wide pool and an approx. 2,900 sf support building. The support building has 10’ tall <br />exposed masonry block wall with three distinct usage areas separated by open breezeways: the pool <br />equipment section, the office and lifeguard section, and the public bathroom and changing section. <br /> <br />The work is current in progress with an anticipated completed in May 2021. Contractor shall coordinate <br />and schedule work with the City’s general contractor to determine a suitable time for application of this <br />product. Contractor may assume that they will have access to the work areas. Contractor shall also <br />comply will all relevant and applicable COVID 19 work requirements and restrictions applicable at the time <br />the work is performed. <br /> <br />Scope of work: <br /> <br />This contract includes the wiring, installation, and adjustment of a microwave dish for wireless connection <br />the City’s network, as well as provide a new City public WiFi access point. Smartwave shall install <br />necessary network equipment, cabling, electronics, and programming as needed. System will use point to <br />multipoint connection (PTMP) to provide a minimum of five power of ethernet switches for the pool facility. <br /> <br />Contractor to provide all materials as needed to complete work.
