RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2021-001 PFA <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING <br />THE BIENNIAL BUDGET OF THE PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO FOR FISCAL YEARS JULY 1, 2021 TO JUNE 30, 2022 AND <br />JULY 1, 2022 TO JUNE 30, 2023 <br />WHEREAS, the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 City Manager's Proposed Budget for the <br />San Leandro Public Financing Authority was prepared and submitted to the San Leandro Public <br />Financing Authority by the City Manager on May 24, 2021, thirty-five days prior to the <br />beginning of the 2021-2022 fiscal year as required by Section 505 of the City's Charter; and <br />WHEREAS, the Public Financing Authority reviewed the City Manager's Proposed <br />Budget and thereafter caused a public hearing to be held concerning the City Manager's <br />Proposed Budget on June 28, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, upon conclusion of the public hearing, the Public Financing Authority <br />further considered the City Manager's Proposed Budget as provided for in Section 515 of the <br />City Charter. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Public Financing Authority of the City of San Leandro <br />RESOLVES as follows: <br />That the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 biennial budget of the San Leandro Public Financing <br />Authority is hereby adopted, and all amounts stated in the All Funds Budget Summary for the <br />Public Financing Authority are appropriated for the purposes specified for fiscal years 2021- <br />2022 and 2022-2023. <br />Introduced by Mayor Cutter and passed and adopted this 28�' day of June 2021, by the <br />following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />fcia I Aguel,Clerk <br />
