Annual Engineer's Report Affidavit <br />Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District No. 9 - <br />City of San Leandro <br />Alameda County, State of Califomia <br />Wbareas, the City Engineer of the City of Sa-n Leandro {"City"), State Of CAIifemia, pursuant to Chapter 5, <br />Title II of the San Leandro Municipal Code, ordered the Annual Engineer's Report for the HF;mn Rey <br />Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 95.3 ('District") to be prepared; <br />Whereas, the City Engineer directed Willdan Financial Services to prepare and file the Annual Engineer's <br />Report presenting plans and specifications describing the general -nature, location and extent of the <br />improvements to be maintained, an estimate of the costs of the maintenance, operations and servicing of <br />the improvements for the District for the referenced fiscal year, a diagram~ for the District, showing the <br />area and properties to be assessed. and an assessment of the estimated costs of the maintenance, <br />operations and servicing the improvements, assessing the net amount upon all assessable lots and/or <br />parcels within the DKstricr in proportion to the special benefit received; <br />Now therefore, the following assessment is made to cover the portion of the estimated cosls of <br />maintenance, operation and servicing of said improvements io be paid by the assessable real property <br />within the District in proportion, to the special benefit received. <br />SUMMARY OF ASSESSMENT <br />Estimated Fund Balance June 30, 2021 $592,196.00 <br />Estimated District Costs (Fiscal Year 2021/2022) <br />Capital Improvement Project $259,000.00 <br />Maintenance (Direct Costs) $301,634.00 <br />Administration $86,683.00 <br />Subtotal $647,317.00 <br />2021/2022 Assessments at 75.00% of Maximum <br />451 Single Family Detached Lots @ $548.62 per lot $247,427.62 <br />178 Motor Court Units @ $365.74 per unit $65,101.72 <br />Subtotal $312,529.34 <br />Estimated Interest Income 2021/2022 $3,300.00 <br />Estimated Fund Balance June 30, 2022 $260,708.34 <br />il, the undersigned, respectfully submit the enclosed Fngineer's Report and, to the test of my knowledge, <br />information and belief, the Engineer's Report, Assessments, and the Assessmeni Diagram herein have <br />been prepared and computed in accordance with the order of the Cay Coun61 of the City of San Leandro. <br />Gated this 7th day of <br />Willdan Financial Services <br />Assassrnenl Engineer <br />By: _ <br />Tyrone Peter <br />PE 0 C 81868 <br />June , 2021. <br />
