If there are areas of the structure that are structurally questionable due to rust or <br />other causes, then work on that area only shall cease until a City representative <br />can inspect and a plan for correcting it is determined and implemented. <br />F. Except as specifically noted otherwise, provide and pay for the following: <br />1.Insurance and bonds. <br />2.Labor, materials, and equipment. <br />3.Tools, equipment, and machinery required for construction. <br />4.Utilities required for construction. <br />5.Temporary facilities including sheeting and shoring. <br />6.Traffic control and dust control measures. <br />7.Other facilities and services necessary for proper execution and completion of <br />the Work. <br />G. Secure and pay for all permits including, but not limited to, City Building Permit, <br />OSHA excavation permits, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Permit, Bay Area <br />Air Quality Management District Permits, Department of Transportation permits, <br />government fees and licenses. <br />H. Comply with codes, ordinances, regulations, orders, and other legal requirements <br />of public authorities having bearing or jurisdiction on the performance of the <br />Work. <br />I. Location of Project <br />The Work is located at the Water Pollution Control Plant, 3000 Davis Street, San <br />Leandro, CA 94577. <br />J. OWNER ASSIGNED SUBCONTRACTORS <br />Assignment of subcontractors by OWNER is not anticipated. <br />K. OWNER FURNISHED EQUIPMENT <br />L. OWNER will furnish the following products: None. <br />M. ACTIVITIES BY OTHERS <br />1.OWNER, utilities, and others may perform activities within Project area while <br />the Work is in progress. Schedule the Work with OWNER, utilities, and others <br />to minimize mutual interference. <br />2.Activities by others which may affect performance of work include: <br />a.Normal daily operation of the wastewater treatment plant by OWNER. <br />626
