Operations and Maintenance Data <br />1.Reports on visits to project site to view and approve surface preparation of <br />structures to be coated. <br />2.Reports on visits to project site to observe and approve coating application <br />procedures. <br />3.Reports on visits to coating plants to observe and approve surface <br />preparation and coating application on items that are “shop coated.” <br />I. Quality Assurance Submittals: <br />1.Quality Assurance plan. <br />2.Qualifications of coating applicator including List of Similar Projects. <br />J. Submit notarized certificate that: <br />1.All paints and coatings to be used on this project comply with the VOC <br />regulations of the State of California Air Management District in which the <br />coatings will be used and meet the most current rules. <br />1.06 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A.
