Exhibit A – Page 14 of 42 <br />6.Mop Heads – Mop heads need to be non-abrasive (no metal or plastic). Replace mop heads at least weekly <br />with new mop heads. Old dirty mop heads shall be removed from the building and discarded. Use of reusable, <br />washable microfiber mops is encouraged. <br />D. Restroom Cleaning – Weekly or as otherwise specified in Attachment A for each building <br />1.Floor Drains – Remove all built up deposits, embedded hairs, etc., from the grate and neck of the drain. <br />Replace the grate properly. Clean the inside of the drain by pouring at least one gallon of 50/50 mixture of <br />clean water/disinfectant through the drain. <br />2.Restroom, Locker and Shower Floor – All surface litter such as paper, tape, towels, etc., shall be removed <br />before machine scrubbing. Apply the appropriate cleaning solution and allow it to stand for 5 minutes before <br />scrubbing the surface with a floor buffer equipped with a grit brush. The deep cleaning shall remove heavy <br />stains, mildew, and mineral deposits from the surface and grout. After scrubbing, the surface shall be rinsed <br />thoroughly to remove all remaining detergent. Mop the floor with clean water and a clean mop. Mop excess <br />water from the floor. Wipe all baseboards with a damp clean rag. Areas not accessible with the buffer shall be <br />manually scrubbed with an abrasive hand pad. <br />E. General Tasks – Monthly <br />1.Furniture - Vacuum all cloth furniture. Removable cushions shall be lifted and vacuumed underneath. Wipe <br />down all vinyl and hard surfaces with a damp cloth. <br />2.Clean all outside lights attached to building exteriors (up to a height of 15 feet) – remove cobwebs from lens <br />covers and lamp housing. <br />F. General Tasks – Quarterly or as otherwise specified in Attachment A for each building <br />1.Cubicle Walls/Furniture - Vacuum all cubicle walls and cloth furniture. <br />2.High Dusting - Dust all surfaces between 80” and 18’, including walls and ceiling tiles/vents. Remove all dust <br />and cobwebs. <br />3.Woodwork - Clean and polish all real woodwork. Woodwork shall be free of smudges, fingerprints and shall <br />have a uniform appearance. <br />Definitions <br />The following definitions apply unless otherwise noted. <br />Daily: Shall mean five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays when service need not <br />be performed, unless otherwise noted. <br />Holidays: Annual Holidays include – <br />•New Year's Day January 1 <br />•Martin Luther King Day 3rd Monday in January <br />Lincoln’s Birthday February 12 <br />•Washington's Birthday 3rd Monday in February <br />•Memorial Day Last Monday in May <br />•Independence Day July 4 <br />•Labor Day First Monday in September <br />•Veteran's Day November 11 <br />•Thanksgiving Day 4th Thursday in November <br />719
