RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2021-112 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL OVERRULING <br />PROTESTS TO THE LIST OF DELINQUENT 2021 SOLID WASTE SERVICE <br />CHARGES, CERTIFIED UNIFIED PROGRAM AGENCY FEES, CODE COMPLIANCE <br />ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES AND CHARGES, PLANNING PERMIT FEES, AND <br />SIDEWALK REPAIRS <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro City Council conducted a public hearing on the <br />assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2021 solid waste service <br />charges, Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) fees, code compliance administrative <br />penalties and charges, planning permits, and sidewalk repairs, said hearing conducted at 6:30 <br />p.m. on July 19, 2021 via a virtual meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, at or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the <br />property described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the <br />proposed assessments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby <br />RESOLVES: <br />That each of the protests or objections, written or oral, are hereby overruled. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 19th day of July 2021, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: / ."
