RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO.2021-115 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO NON- PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH STEVE'S POOL SERVICE FOR ANNUAL POOL MAINTENANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $59,500, PER YEAR, FOR FISCAL YEARS 2021-2022 AND 2022-2023 WHEREAS, a draft amendment to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and Steve's Pool Service was presented to this City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: 1. That said amendment to the agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and 2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non -substantial revisions to said agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and 3. That an original executed Amendment No. 1 to the agreement shall be attached to and made a part of this resolution.
