Moving expenses equal to the actual cost of moving, but not exceeding the cost of <br />moving to a location no more than 125 miles from the park to any resident who relocates <br />from the park after City approval of the use permit authorizing conversion of the park. <br />Such costs shall include the cost of moving the mobile home to its new location. If a <br />resident voluntarily chooses not to move a mobile home owned by the resident to a new <br />location, the applicant shall bare the cost of demolishing or otherwise disposing of the <br />mobilehome from the park. <br />46
