The singular shall include the plural and the plural the singular unless <br />the context requires the contrary, and the masculine, feminine and neuter shall each include the masculine, <br />feminine or neuter, as the context requires. <br />17.8 Exhibits. All exhibits referred to in this Declaration are attached to this Declaration and <br />incorporated by reference. <br />17.9 Binding Effect. This Declaration shall inure to the benefit of and be binding on the <br />successors and assigns of Declarant, and the heirs, personal representatives, grantees, tenants, <br />successors and assigns of the Owners. <br />17.10 Easements Reserved and Granted. Any easements referred to in this Declaration shall <br />be deemed reserved or granted, or both reserved and granted, by reference to this Declaration in the first <br />deed by Declarant to any Condominium. <br />17.11 Statutory References. All references in this Declaration to various statutes, codes, <br />regulations, ordinances and other laws shall be deemed to include those laws in effect as of the date of this <br />Declaration and any successor laws as may be amended from time to time. <br />17.12 Applicability of FNMA Regulations. For so long as FNMA a blanket loan approvals are <br />in effect for the Community and while any FNMA loan encumbers any Condominium in the Community <br />pursuant to such blanket approval, the FNMA guidelines and regulations shall apply to the Community to <br />the extent that FNMA asserts application of such guidelines and regulations and those guidelines and <br />regulations are not in conflict with California law or with the requirements of the DRE.
