City of San Leandro Meeting Date: September 7, 2021 Resolution - Council Agenda Section:File Number:21-466 CONSENT CALENDAR Agenda Number: TO:City Council FROM:Fran Robustelli City Manager BY:Keith Cooke Engineering & Transportation Director FINANCE REVIEW:Susan Hsieh Finance Director TITLE:RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve the Final Map Tract Map 8519 for Assessor’s Parcel Number 080H-1541-036-00 and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Subdivision Improvement Agreement; Owner, Subdivider and Applicant: D. R. Horton Bay, Inc. WHEREAS, the Subdivider, D. R. Horton Bay, Inc., submitted a Final Map titled Tract Map 8519 to the City Council for approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for the subdivision’s design and improvement, are consistent with the City’s 2035 General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer attests that said Final Map titled Tract Map 8519 conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved, that it is technically correct and complies with the provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code §7-1-210 et seq. and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act; and WHEREAS, the City’s consulting Land Surveyor attests that said tract map is technically correct pursuant to California Government Code §66450(b); and WHEREAS, the City Planner’s Report for Tract Map 8519 is incorporated herein. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: ·That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute Subdivision Improvement Agreements for Tract 8519 on behalf of the City; and ·That said Final Map titled Tract Map 8519 is hereby approved, subject to the City Engineer’s Report as well as the City Planner’s Report, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 9/2/2021 330
