RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2021-129 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE <br />SAN LEANDRO MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (SLMO) SALARY SCHEDULE <br />TO ADD THE CLASSIFICATION OF ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER <br />WHEREAS, the Assistant City Manager classification was previously a part of the San <br />Leandro Management Organization (SLMO) but was removed in September 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends returning the Assistant City Manager <br />classification to the San Leandro Management Organization (SLMO) to align with other executive <br />management staff. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the City of San Leandro hereby amends the San Leandro Management Organization <br />(SLMO) salary schedule to add the classification of Assistant City Manager, which is attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Ballew and passed and adopted this 71h day of September 2021, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST:j �' �/'- (' 7 <br />1 al. i el, City r <br />(0) <br />
