RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2021-139 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE <br />AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A NON-PROFESSIONAL <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WATSON CONSOLES FOR PROCUREMENT AND <br />INSTALLATION OF 911 DISPATCH CONSOLES IN THE AMOUNT OF $92,208 FOR <br />THE POLICE BUILDING AND SOUTH OFFICE MODIFICATIONS PROJECT, <br />PROJECT NO.2014.0481 <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Watson Consoles, a copy <br />of which is attached and incorporated herein, was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, existing project funding will cover this agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 20th day of <br />September 2021, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: <br />WNone ATTEST:, Ci Clerk <br />(0) <br />
