RESOLUTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2021-146 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE <br />AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A SERVICE <br />AGREEMENT WITH HINDERLITER DE LLAMAS & ASSOCIATES (HDL) FOR <br />BUSINESS LICENSE TAX ADMINISTRATION AND RETAIL LICENSE SERVICES <br />FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $881,800 FOR CALENDAR YEARS 2022, 2023, <br />AND 2024 AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A <br />MERCHANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WORLDPAY FOR AN AMOUNT NOT <br />TO EXCEED $95,000 ANNUALLY <br />WHEREAS, the City in accordance with its purchasing provisions identified HdL to <br />provide Business License Tax Administration and Tobacco Retail License Services; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to enter into an agreement with HdL for said work and enter <br />into an agreement with its partner Worldpay LLC for credit card processing services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That said Agreement with HdL for $881,800 spread over calendar years 2022, 2023, and <br />2024 is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute all documents <br />and take all actions necessary to effectuate the intent of this resolution. <br />2.
