A retail store principally involved in the business of selling alcoholic beverages, <br />including “hard liquor,” for the consumption off the premises where sold. This classification includes <br />stores or facilities that are covered by a State license for “general alcohol sales” (Class 21 ABC license). <br /> <br />Live-Work. A structure or complex of structures that integrates space for both residential and <br />nonresidential uses within individual units. Nonresidential uses shall operate to allow the “quiet <br />enjoyment” expectations of neighbors. Such uses should operate with limited noise, odor and other <br />similar impacts, consistent with applicable city ordinances. Ratios between the residential and <br />nonresidential uses may be established as part of staff review. <br /> <br />Lot. A site or parcel of land under one ownership that has been legally subdivided, re-subdivided, or <br />combined. <br /> <br />Lot, Corner. A site bounded by two or more adjacent street lines that have an angle of intersection of <br />not more than 135 degrees. For corner lots, the owner may select either street frontage line as the <br />front lot line, subject to approval of the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br /> <br />Lot Coverage. See “Coverage, Lot or Site.” <br /> <br />Lot Depth. The horizontal distance from the midpoint of the front-lot line to the midpoint of the rear- <br />lot line, or to the most distant point on any other lot line where there is no rear-lot line. Please refer <br />to the Lot Depth and Lot Width illustration. <br />
