<br /> <br /> <br />not exceed a total volume of five gallons or a total weight of 50 pounds. This definition includes <br />household hazardous waste collection facilities. See also “Recycling Centers.” <br /> <br />Social Services Facility. A use that is operated by an organization that provides a variety of free <br />services or goods to the community on a drop-in basis. Uses usually consist of “walk-in” clientele that <br />utilize the facilities on a limited basis during a 24-hour period. <br /> <br />Specific Plan. A plan for a defined area that is consistent with the General Plan and with the provisions <br />of the California Government Code pertaining to Specific Plans (Section 65450 et seq.). <br /> <br />Specified Anatomical Areas. As used herein, specified anatomical areas shall mean and include the <br />following: <br /> <br />A. Less than completely and opaquely covered human: (1) genitals or pubic region; (2) buttocks; and <br />(3) female breasts below a point immediately above the top of the areola; <br />B. Human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state, even if completely and opaquely covered; and <br /> <br />C. Any device, costume, or covering that simulates any of the body parts included in Subsection A or <br />B above. <br /> <br />Specified Sexual Activities. As used herein, “specified sexual activities” shall mean and include any of <br />the following, whether performed directly or indirectly through clothing or other covering: <br /> <br />A. The fondling or other erotic touching of human genitals, pubic region, buttocks, anus, or female <br />breast; <br /> <br />B. Sex acts, actual or simulated, including intercourse, oral copulation, or sodomy; <br /> <br />C. Masturbation, actual or simulated; and <br /> <br />D. Excretory functions as part of or in connection with any of the other activities described in <br />Subsections A through C of this definition. <br /> <br />Stadia and Sports Arenas. Outdoor or enclosed areas devoted to commercial spectator sports or <br />entertainment. <br /> <br />Stock Cooperative. A dwelling unit as defined in Section 11003.2 of the Business and Professions Code <br />of the State of California or successor section. <br /> <br />Story. That portion of a building included between the upper surface of any floor and the upper <br />surface of the floor next above it. If there is no floor above the uppermost floor, the space between <br />such floor and the ceiling next above it shall be considered a story. If the finished floor level directly <br />above a usable or unused floor space is more than six feet above grade (for more than 50 percent of <br />the perimeter, or is more than 12 feet above grade at any point, such usable or unused under-floor <br />space) shall be considered a story. <br />
