<br />Vehicle/Equipment Repair, Limited. Repair of automobiles, small trucks (e.g., pick-up trucks), or
<br />motorcycles, including the sale, installation, and servicing of related equipment and parts. This
<br />classification includes auto repair shops, body and fender shops, wheel and brake shops, stereo
<br />installation, and tire sales and installations, but excludes vehicle dismantling or salvage and tire re-
<br />treading or recapping.

<br />Vehicle/Heavy Equipment Dealers, New. Sale or leasing of new automobiles, motor-cycles, boats,
<br />trucks, tractors, construction or agricultural equipment, mobile homes, and similar equipment,
<br />including storage and incidental maintenance. This includes used car sales in connection with new car
<br />sales.

<br />Vehicle/Heavy Equipment Dealers, Used. Sale or leasing of used automobiles of numerous model
<br />types, motorcycle, boats, trucks, tractors, construction or agricultural equipment, mobile homes, and
<br />similar equipment, including storage and incidental maintenance.

<br />Vehicle /Heavy Equipment Dealers Limited, Used. Sale or leasing of used automobiles of numerous
<br />model types, motorcycles, boats, trucks, tractors, construction or agricultural equipment, mobile homes,
<br />and similar equipment, including storage and incidental maintenance, where no more than two parking
<br />spaces are devoted for such use and where the purpose is to satisfy the requirements of the California
<br />Department of Motor Vehicles to provide an office location where customers can complete required
<br />paperwork and take possession of a vehicle purchased primarily via Internet activities or fleet sales.
<br />Display of vehicles “For Sale” is prohibited.

<br />Vehicle/Heavy Equipment Rental. Rental of automobiles, trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment,
<br />including storage and incidental maintenance, but excluding maintenance requiring pneumatic lifts.
<br />
<br />Vehicle Storage. Storage of operative or inoperative vehicles. This classification includes storage of
<br />parking tow-aways, impound yards, storage lots for automobiles, trucks, buses, recreational vehicles,
<br />and boats, including re-occurring storage of trucks as an “off-site” annex facility, but does not include
<br />“parking lots” or vehicle dismantling.

<br />Visible. Likely to be noticed by a person of average height walking on a street or sidewalk. When
<br />related to screening or vegetation, it shall refer to conditions two (2) years after installation of any
<br />planting intended to screen a view.
<br />
<br />War Games Establishment. Any business that collects money, for profit or non-profit purposes, to
<br />provide a simulated war experience.
<br />
<br />Warehouse - Wholesale/Retail Distribution Facilities. Distribution and warehousing facilities, such as
<br />order-processing fulfillment centers, logistics business, and other facilities that provide for the
<br />shipment of an on-site inventory of goods and products directly to retail/wholesale customers or retail
<br />stores. This classification includes facilities for the repackaging of consumer goods for shipment to
<br />retail stores. (This classification excludes warehousing activity accessory to an industrial and/or
<br />manufacturing use, and also excludes “Truck Terminals” and “Parcel Processing and Shipping Centers”
<br />with incidental warehousing.)

<br />Warehouse - Storage Facilities. Warehousing facilities primarily used for the storage and/or
<br />consolidating of items such as raw materials, private goods, and the intermediary storage of bulk
