Permitted Uses. The wireless telecommunications facilities listed as “P” in Table 1 are <br />deemed to be permitted uses in certain zoning districts, such as the CC, CS, CR, IL, IL(AU), IG, <br />IG(AU), IP, and IP(AU) Districts. These permitted wireless telecommunications facilities are to be <br />architecturally-integrated or co-located on an existing tower or other support structure. <br />Permitted uses shall not require discretionary review unless the applicant seeks a modification of <br />the basic development standards set forth herein. Permitted uses shall comply with the general <br />requirements of Subsection F, “Specific Design Criteria” as well as building permit requirements. <br />I. Conditional Use Permit Applications. The wireless telecommunications facilities listed as <br />“CUP” in Table 1 are deemed to be allowed by a Conditional Use Permit approval in certain <br />zoning districts. New monopoles and towers are allowed with a Conditional Use Permit in the B- <br />TOD, CC, CN, CR, CS, DA-1, DA-2, NA-1, NA-2, P, SA-1, SA-3, OS and PS Districts. Conditional Use <br />Permits shall be reviewed and approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustments. Conditional Uses <br />shall comply with the general requirements of Subsection F: Specific Design Criteria, Subsections <br />J.11 to J.13, as well as building permit requirements. <br /> <br />CHAPTER 4.08 OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING REGULATIONS <br />SECTION 4.08.104 Basic Requirements for Off-Street Parking and Loading <br /> <br />K. TOD Strategy Parking Requirements. New residential uses adjacent to the Downtown San Leandro <br />BART station shall be provided at a ratio of 1.0 space per dwelling unit.
