City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: November 15, 2021 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:21-575 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Fran Robustelli <br />City Manager <br />BY:Keith Cooke <br />Engineering & Transportation Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:Susan Hsieh <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve Amendment <br />No. 1 to an Existing Consulting Services Agreement with CSG Consultants, Inc. <br />for On-Call Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Consulting Services to <br />Increase the Amount of Compensation by $350,000 for a Total Not-To-Exceed <br />Amount of $550,000 <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro and CSG Consultants, Inc. entered into an <br />agreement dated December 4, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, a contract amendment is required to compensate for additional services; and <br />WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the agreement, a copy of which is attached and <br />incorporated herein, is presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the <br />agreement to increase the contract’s not to exceed amount to $550,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said amendment is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 11/12/202180
