36. The Development Fee for Street Improvement (DFSI) shall be assessed in the amount <br />of $7,249.55 which is calculated at $1,449.91 per residential unit. This includes a credit <br />for the existing single family residence in the amount of $1,449.91. The DFSI fee is <br />subject to change at the start of each fiscal year. <br />37. Lewelling Boulevard is included in the City's Underground Utility District Master <br />Plan. The applicant shall pay an in -lieu fee that will eventually fund utility <br />undergrounding by the City. The undergrounding in -lieu fee is calculated at a rate of <br />$1,583.33 per residential unit, totaling $9,499.98 for this project. This fee is subject to <br />change at the start of each fiscal year. <br />VII. ALAMEDA COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />Please note that these conditions do not constitute a complete fire and building code <br />review. A formal plan check review will be completed at time of building permit <br />submittal. The building will need to comply with all building and fire code requirements <br />in affect at time of building permit submittal. <br />38. Fire Protection System. A fire protection system will need to be provided meeting <br />NFPAI3D standards (Deferred Submittal). <br />39. Fire Hydrant. Afire hydrant shall be provided at the entry point of the project. <br />40. Fire Lane. A fire lane shall be provided and identified with red curbs or signs. The fire <br />access road (fire lane) shall support the load of 75,000 lbs. and be all weather. <br />41. Emergency Lighting. Emergency lighting shall be provided illuminating the means of <br />egress route to the public way. <br />42. Emergency Egress Windows. Emergency Egress windows shall be provided meeting <br />the 65 degree angle standards. <br />43. No Tall Vegetation Beneath Windows. Tall vegetation is strictly prohibited beneath <br />these windows/ area. <br />44. Addresses Monument. An address monument shall be provided indicating the various <br />addresses at the site. <br />VIII. PUBLIC WORKS REQUIREMENTS <br />45. Trash, Recycling, and Organics Collection. Trash, recycling and organics bins shall <br />be placed curbside no more than 24 hours prior to scheduled service day(s). Bins shall <br />be removed from the curb no more than 12 hours after collection service. The solid <br />waste and recycling provider is Alameda County Industries. <br />46. Recycling Requirements. Applicant is subject to Alameda County Mandatory <br />Recycling Ordinance 2012-01. <br />IX. EAST BAY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT <br />47. Separate Meters. Once the property is subdivided, separate meters for each lot will be <br />required. A main extension at the project sponsor's expense will be required to serve the <br />proposed development.
